Tell the customer you're on the way.
Prove the work got done.
Jobcast turns the appointments your clients already book in GoHighLevel into a dispatch board — then handles the visit itself: a phone view for techs, an automatic on-my-way text from your client's own number, and a before-and-after photo page the homeowner can open.
Live on the GoHighLevel Marketplace · 7-day free trial, then $39/mo per sub-account · billed inside GoHighLevel
The dispatch board, ordered by what's next. One tap marks a job on the way — and texts the customer.
Most customers find out you're coming when you knock.
GoHighLevel books the job beautifully — then the service day goes quiet. The homeowner doesn't know when to expect anyone, the office spends the morning on "what time are you coming?" calls, and the work disappears the moment the van pulls away.
Jobcast fills that gap. The customer gets a text the moment the tech sets off, and a page that shows exactly where the visit stands — under your client's name, from your client's number.
Left: the text Jobcast sends. Right: the page it links to. Both shown exactly as the app renders them.
From booked to done, in four taps
Nothing new for your clients to learn, and nothing to retype. Jobcast lives in the sub-account's left menu and reads the calendar they already book into.
Install on the sub-account
Add Jobcast from the GoHighLevel Marketplace. It appears in the left menu — no new logins for the office or the techs.
Appointments land on the board
Everything booked in the sub-account's calendars for the next 14 days shows up as a job, with the customer's name, mobile and address filled in. Reschedule or cancel in the calendar and the job follows.
The tech taps I'm on my way
From their phone. The customer instantly gets a text from the business's own number, with a link to follow the visit.
Before & after, on the record
Photos taken on site land on the customer's page, timestamped — proof the work got done, and a reason to book again.
Built for the people in the van — and the person at the door
One app with two sides: the tools your client's team uses, and the experience their customer remembers.

For the office and the techs
Run the day without a spreadsheet, a whiteboard or a group text.
- Booked appointments appear on their own — from the calendars the office chooses, with the right tech already assigned.
- A dispatch board ordered by what's next — scheduled jobs first, then anything unscheduled.
- A phone view for techs with their own jobs up front, plus one-tap call and directions.
- Before-and-after photos straight from the phone camera, attached to the job.
- Fix a job anytime — correct a wrong number or reassign a tech without starting over.
- An alert on the board if a customer text ever fails to send, so the office can call instead.

For your client's customer
The part of the service day that GoHighLevel doesn't cover.
- An on-my-way text the moment the tech sets off, and another when they arrive.
- A visit page showing booked, on the way, arrived and complete — each with its time.
- Before-and-after photos the homeowner can tap to see full size.
- The business's own name and welcome note at the top of the page.
- Wording they control — the office can rewrite either text in Settings.
Their name. Their number. Their customers.
You're putting Jobcast in front of your clients' customers. It's built to stay out of the way.
Their brand up front
The visit page and both texts carry the business's own name and welcome note. The only place our name shows is the tracking link's web address.
Texts from their own number
Messages go out through GoHighLevel from the sub-account's existing number and land in the normal conversation thread.
No texting service to set up
No extra phone numbers and no separate SMS provider. It uses the number the sub-account already has.
Only the access it needs
Contacts, messages, calendars and location details — the minimum needed to run jobs and send the texts.
Uninstall means removed
Remove Jobcast from a sub-account and its jobs and settings are deleted from Jobcast immediately.

What agencies ask before installing
Straight answers, including where Jobcast stops.
Doesn't GoHighLevel already send appointment reminders?
It does — on a schedule. What it can't know is when the tech actually leaves. Jobcast's text is triggered by the tech tapping I'm on my way, so it arrives when it's true, not an hour before.
Do we have to re-enter appointments into Jobcast?
No. Appointments booked in the sub-account's calendars for the next 14 days appear on the dispatch board automatically, linked to the contact, with the address filled in. Reschedules and cancellations follow through. Online meetings (Zoom, Meet) are skipped, and the office can choose which calendars to import. You can still add a job by hand.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
Who pays for the text messages?
The texts send from the sub-account's own GoHighLevel number, so they're billed the same way as any other message from that number. Jobcast doesn't add a per-text charge.
Do techs need to download an app?
No. Techs open Jobcast from the sub-account's menu on their phone — the same place they already sign in — and see their own jobs first.
Will the homeowner see the Jobcast name?
Not on the page or in the wording — the visit page leads with the business's own name and welcome note, and both texts name the business. The one place our name appears is the tracking link's address (api.usejobcast.com).
What if a text doesn't go through?
The office sees an alert on the dispatch board naming the customer and the reason — for example, a sub-account without a texting-capable number — so they can fix it or simply call.
Can I add it to only some of my clients?
Yes. Jobcast is installed per sub-account at $39/mo, so you add it only where it fits — the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and cleaning clients who run service calls.
What doesn't Jobcast do?
It doesn't do invoicing, payments, quotes, route planning or live GPS tracking. It's the day-of-visit layer on top of the CRM your clients already use, not a full field-service suite.
What happens if we uninstall?
That sub-account's jobs and settings are removed from Jobcast straight away, and billing stops through GoHighLevel. Nothing else in the account is touched.
Give your clients the service day their customers remember.
Install once per sub-account and try it free for 7 days. Their customers get a text, a page and proof of the work — under their own name.
